Website Redesign Without Losing What Already Works

A redesign is a migration, not just a new coat of paint. We modernize the experience while protecting the URLs, content, and search visibility your business has already earned.

When a redesign is the right call

If your site still receives inquiries and ranks for your name and a few services, you have equity worth protecting. A redesign preserves that while fixing what is holding it back. A full rebuild makes more sense when the underlying structure — URLs, page hierarchy, platform — is the actual constraint.

  • The design looks visibly older than the quality of your work
  • It is hard to use on a phone, which is where most visitors arrive
  • Pages load slowly because of huge images or unused scripts
  • You cannot add a new service or location page without a developer
  • Your platform is abandoned, insecure, or no longer supported

What we audit before designing anything

We start with the site you have. That audit determines what gets kept, merged, rewritten, or retired — and it produces the redirect map before launch, not after.

  • Every existing URL and its current indexing status
  • Which pages attract search traffic and inquiries today
  • Duplicate, thin, and orphaned pages worth consolidating
  • Titles, descriptions, headings, and canonical tags
  • Broken links, redirect chains, and 404s
  • Image weight, page speed, and mobile rendering

The migration work most redesigns skip

  • A one-to-one 301 redirect map from old URLs to new ones
  • No redirect chains — every old URL points directly at its final destination
  • Updated XML sitemap and robots.txt at launch
  • Preserved page titles and headings where they were already working
  • Search Console monitoring in the weeks after launch
  • A branded 404 page with useful links instead of a dead end

What changes for visitors

The visible result is a faster, calmer site where each page has one clear purpose and one obvious next step. Content is rewritten around the questions people actually arrive with, and the paths to inquire, request a quote, or schedule are consistent on every page.

Questions people ask us

Will my search rankings drop after a redesign?

Any migration carries risk, which is why the redirect map, sitemap, and structural review happen before launch rather than after. We monitor Search Console afterward and fix issues quickly. We do not guarantee rankings, before or after.

Can I keep my domain and email?

Yes. Your domain and email stay yours. We only change where the domain points when the new site is ready.

Do I need to rewrite all my content?

Rarely all of it. The audit identifies which pages are pulling weight, which should be merged, and which need new content because they never answered a real question.

How long does a redesign take?

Timelines on our pricing page are typical estimates, not commitments. The largest variable is usually how quickly content and approvals come back.

Have a site that looks dated but still brings in work?

Send us the URL and what frustrates you about it. We will tell you honestly whether it needs a redesign, a rebuild, or just targeted fixes.

Descriptions on this page explain what we design and build. They are not guarantees of rankings, leads, revenue, or performance. See our results disclaimer.
