Websites & Automation Built for Auto Repair Shops

Most people find a shop on a phone, in a hurry, already worried about the bill. Everything on this page comes back to that moment: making it fast to understand what you fix, easy to send you a vehicle and a symptom, and simple for you to answer without stopping work.

The mobile customer experience

A driver searching from a parking lot has one question: can this shop handle my problem, and how soon. If your site answers that in the first screen, you are ahead of most competitors. If they have to pinch-zoom a PDF of your services, they are calling the next result.

  • Above-the-fold clarity: what you service, where you are, how to request an appointment
  • Tap targets sized for one-handed use
  • Service pages written in customer language, not repair-order codes
  • No interstitials or pop-ups blocking the first interaction
  • Fast loading on cellular connections, with compressed images

Service pages that can actually rank and convert

One page per real service — brakes, diagnostics, A/C, alignments, fleet work, state inspections — each explaining symptoms, what the visit involves, and what you need to know before quoting. That structure serves the visitor first and gives search engines something specific to match.

Vehicle information intake and appointment requests

The difference between a useless form submission and a productive one is the intake. Year, make, model, mileage, the noise it makes, whether the check-engine light is on, and a photo or short video if they have one.

  • Year / make / model / mileage capture
  • Symptom description in the customer's own words
  • Photo and video upload for visible damage or dash lights
  • Service-type selection with plain-language explanations
  • Preferred drop-off windows rather than one rigid slot
  • New-versus-returning customer branching
  • Bay and technician capacity rules so requests stay realistic

Online scheduling that respects bay capacity

Diagnostics cannot be booked like an oil change. We typically expose routine, fixed-duration services for direct booking and route everything else through a request that a service writer confirms — so the calendar never promises time you do not have.

Automated reminders and missed-lead follow-up

  • Immediate confirmation so the customer knows you received it
  • Internal notification with the full vehicle and symptom summary
  • Appointment reminders and easy rescheduling
  • Follow-up when a request has gone unanswered past your threshold
  • Declined-work follow-up for recommendations a customer deferred
  • Service-interval reminders based on mileage or last visit

Review workflows

Reviews are the strongest trust signal a shop has, and asking consistently is a process problem, not a marketing problem. We wire the request into the moment a job is closed. We never generate, script, or incentivize reviews, and we do not add review or rating structured data that is not backed by real, verifiable reviews.

Local search and Google Business visibility

  • Service-area pages built only where you genuinely work
  • Google Business Profile categories, services, hours, and photos kept accurate
  • Consistent business name, email, and hours across the site and profile
  • Organization structured data using verified details only
  • Analytics and Search Console reporting on which pages earn inquiries

Analytics you will actually look at

Event tracking on appointment requests, quote requests, and email clicks — reported by page — so you can see which services bring people in rather than guessing from call volume.

A worked example in our portfolio

Our portfolio includes an auto repair website redesign concept: an independent design exercise we produced on our own initiative to show how a shop's site could be structured. It is not a client engagement, it has not been implemented by the business it references, and no performance results are claimed for it. It is there so you can judge our thinking, not our claims.

Questions people ask us

We already get plenty of work by word of mouth. Why bother?

Word of mouth still ends with someone searching your name and looking at your site and reviews before calling. The site's job is to confirm the referral, not replace it.

Can customers book diagnostics online?

We usually recommend against direct booking for diagnostics. Capture the vehicle and symptoms as a request, then let a service writer place it where it fits the day.

Will this work with our shop management software?

Where your system offers an API or scheduled data exchange, we integrate. Where it does not, intake and scheduling live in your site's admin area and notify your team, which is still a large improvement over voicemail.

Do we need separate pages for nearby towns?

Only for areas you genuinely serve and can write something true and specific about. We do not generate near-duplicate city pages.

Run a shop and tired of the phone dictating your day?

Tell us how you take in work today — walk-ins, calls, bays, techs — and we will propose a website and intake flow that matches it.

Descriptions on this page explain what we design and build. They are not guarantees of rankings, leads, revenue, or performance. See our results disclaimer.
